Refund and Return Policy for DailyShoppy

Scope of This Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through:

  • Our official website, mobile applications, and related platforms.
  • Authorized third-party platforms where DailyShoppy is listed.

This policy does not cover unauthorized resellers or counterfeit products sold outside our official channels.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Products are eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:
    • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired.
    • The product received is different from what was ordered.
    • The product is missing essential parts or accessories.
    • The product is eligible under our “no-questions-asked” return period, if applicable.
  2. Products are not eligible for returns or refunds in cases such as:
    • Change of mind after use.
    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling by the customer.
    • Items purchased during clearance or “final sale” promotions (unless faulty).
    • Perishable, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive goods such as food, cosmetics, lingerie, or intimate wear (unless defective).
    • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

3. Return Window

  1. Customers must initiate a return or refund request within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the product, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  2. Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Products

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  2. We reserve the right to decline a return if:
    • The product shows signs of use, wear, or tampering.
    • Packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
    • The product has been altered in any way.

5. Return Process

To ensure a smooth experience, customers must follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a Request
    • Log in to your DailyShoppy account.
    • Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
    • Click “Request Return/Refund” and provide details along with photographs (if applicable).
  2. Approval and Instructions
    • Our support team will review your request.
    • If approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Packing and Shipping
    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
    • Affix the return label and drop it at the designated courier center or schedule a pickup.
  4. Inspection and Processing
    • Once received, our quality team will inspect the item.
    • Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the outcome.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on the payment method, refunds may take:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days.
  • Net Banking/UPI: 3–7 business days.
  • Digital Wallets: 24–72 hours.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after bank details are verified.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Only part of a multi-item order is returned.
  • Items returned are missing certain accessories.
  • Products returned outside the eligible return window but approved on goodwill.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. These include:

  • Gift cards or digital codes.
  • Downloadable software or digital goods.
  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, personal care tools).
  • Subscription services.

9. Exchanges and Replacements

  1. Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

  3. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

10. Cancellations

  1. Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  2. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but customers may request a return after delivery.
  3. DailyShoppy reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be refunded in full.
